David Ehle

Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning Advisor

David Ehle is an international development professional with more than seven years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, research and project management. As a Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning Advisor at Plan International USA (Plan), he supports a diverse portfolio of projects in Latin America and South and Southeast Asia covering health, economic empowerment, education and child protection, while also supporting new business development and organizational strengthening of monitoring and evaluation. Prior to joining Plan, David supported the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID)’s response to the Zika epidemic in Latin America, focusing on reproductive, maternal and child health services.

David holds a M.A. in international development and international economics from Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. in philosophy from Boston College. He is fluent in Spanish and proficient in Portuguese.
