Meredith Adler

Meredith Adler was an equity analyst at Barclays and Lehman Brothers for 20 years, following food, drug, and dollar store retailers, as well as healthy living and food service distributors. She retired from Barclays in 2016. In 2015, for the 14th year in a row, she was ranked as the #1 Food and Drug Retailing analyst in Institutional Investor’s (II) annual poll of equity analysts. Currently, Meredith is a Director on the Board of Performance Food Group, a public food service distributor. 

Prior to becoming an equity analyst, Meredith spent 18 years in bond research and commercial banking. She received her BA (Magna Cum Laude) in comparative religion from Boston University and her MBA in finance from New York University. She and her husband Nigel have two sons, ages 25 and 23. Meredith joined the NYCLC because of her strong interest in helping girls and women around the world.
