Michelle Winters

As an Assistant District Attorney at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, Michelle Winters is a member of the Human Trafficking Response Unit, through which she supervises Manhattan’s Human Trafficking Intervention Court. In this role, she investigates and prosecutes sex trafficking cases, providing support in cases that involve the commercial sex industry or have indications of human trafficking.
