Natalie DeSouza

Natalie DeSouza is passionate about empowering girls. As a single mother of twin daughters, she became aware of the much existing gender disparities in STEM education and opportunities. She is proud of their accomplishments, an ocean engineer living and working in France and a business and marketing major who completed graduate studies in Barcelona. Natalie enjoys mentoring young children and teenagers who need guidance in making life choices. With over 20 years as a mortgage professional, she uses her same passion to help families become homeowners. An island girl at heart, growing up in Trinidad & Tobago helped shape her foundation and belief in the principle that it takes a village to raise a child. She’s a foodie who loves to prepare and host brunches. In addition, travel is one of her passions. Her philosophy is that travel teaches us that we are more alike than we are different.
