Youth Leadership Award

A full scholarship to the Youth Leadership Academy.

During Dr. Tessie San Martin’s 11 years as Plan International USA’s President & CEO, she was committed to Plan’s work helping young people realize their rights at home, in their communities, at school and with support from their governments. Your donation will help continue that mission.

On her watch, Plan launched the Youth Leadership Academy, a four-day program that includes interactive workshops on topics like gender equality and climate change. Through the Tessie San Martin Youth Leadership Award, selected young people, primarily from underrepresented communities, will have their cost of the Youth Leadership Academy entirely covered, including airfare and tuition.
